Chris offers advice, drafting and representation in relation to all aspects of dispute resolution involving inventions, including patent proceedings in all relevant courts and tribunals.
On the non-contentious side, Chris is happy to advise at the very early stages of an invention, including, where appropriate, directing clients towards specialist patent attorneys for drafting technical patents or specialist search companies for prior art searches.
He provides advice on commercial deals as well as drafting of NDAs and contracts relating to all stages of an invention’s creation, development, production and exploitation.
Chris has a science background, experience in electronics and a degree in mathematics, all of which have contributed to his aptitude for technical or technological subjects, including computers and software.
